Depends on the language the police certificate is in, so that's not an automatic "yes".

E.g. an Italian police certificate where the results is "nulla" does NOT have to be translated.

But e.g. certificates in Arabic have to be.

Depends on the language the police certificate is in, so that's not an automatic "yes".

E.g. an Italian police certificate where the results is "nulla" does NOT have to be translated.

But e.g. certificates in Arabic have to be.

Any document containing a foreign language submitted to USCIS must accompanied by a full English Language translation which the translator has certified as complete and accurate, and by the translator's certification that he/she is competent to translate for the foreign language to English.

This is a rule off the USCIS instructions.
