Is this normal.

The case status for my aos moved from initial interview to card production, has that ever happened to anyone?

Its called your card is being produced and your AOS is approved. It happens to pretty much everyone who applys for AOS.

Your I-129f was approved in 5 days from your NOA1 date.

Your interview took 67 days from your I-129F NOA1 date.

AOS was approved in 2 months and 8 days without interview.

ROC was approved in 3 months and 2 days without interview.

uhm, they approved it without the interview that scheduled for Nov 8th....... well that is great!

You never stated you had an interview.

Since your interview is already booked they would only approve it after your interview.

Now you have to look into this issue because if you have an interview it is NOT common that they approve it before your interview happens.

Are you sure they didn't just approve your EAD or something? If you have an interview scheduled you will NOT get your card without that interview. Something isn't right.. double check WHAT you've seen approved... probably your EAD or AP.
