You pass the interview and wait for DHL to get the visa.

You get the visa and then go to america.

You get married then file AOS - see the AOS section and step by step guides.

You start saving for ROC - see the ROC section and step by step guide.

Your I-129f was approved in 5 days from your NOA1 date.

Your interview took 67 days from your I-129F NOA1 date.

AOS was approved in 2 months and 8 days without interview.

ROC was approved in 3 months and 2 days without interview.

Do I have to announce the date of entry ahead of time or can we just cross the border whenever we want?

Will you provide a link to the ROC section?

You can cross whenever you want. We crossed at 1am in the morning. There really isn't anyone to announce it to unless you are telling family.

2 years after the green card you file ROC - during thos two years you need to collect evidence for the ROC. Evidence needs to span the 2 years of marriage, Also a good idea to put the 590$ in savings early.

For now worry about moving, marrying and getting your AOS pkg and fee ($1000+) together. ROC is a lifetime away for you right now.
