I dont know if im posting this in the right place. but here it goes! i thank you guys for any help.

I just recently got marries to a Citizen and we're completing all the forms by ourselves. so far we have the I-130

I-485, G325A for beneficiary, and G325A for petitioner, I-765 ,i-864 and I-693.

so far we have all the completed and we have photocopies

for i-485: birth certificate, and translated birth certificate, marriage license, copy of my passport which has my visa( passport its expired but it has my visa) and a renewed passport, two passport photos. and i also have form G325A, I864 and i693

for the I-130 photocopies: birth certificate, marriage certificate, copye of terminated marriage , 1 photo and 1 photo for beneficiary ( printed name on back)and we have joint bank account proof and wedding pictures. we also have form g325A for petitioner and beneficiary along with this.

for i-864 my sponsor is my wife(citizen) and we have completed the form, and she has a son. so household number is 3. and we have copies of 3 last recent tax trasncripts

for i-765 completed form and photocopies of my passports.

i thinks that it. now here are my questions:

1. My wife is my sponsor her income for recent taxes was only 17,000.that put us below of the poverty guidelines. but, her other 2 recent years were, 35,000 and 27,000 so average that out it puts us at 26,000 something like that. is this enough? would sending the other help out? does she needs a letter from her current job stating salaries? or just the irs transcripts?

2. Im currently working but i do not own a SS # and on i-485 it asks for "current occupation" im not suppose to be working, so do i put unemployed? btw, this is where i met my wife too.

3. I thought i needed to get copies of my I-94 front and back? where do i clip this? does it go with the i-485?

Am i missing anything, do i have everything?
