I have just check Dec 2010 Visa Bulletin. It says:

"From early 2009 through September 2010, the level of demand for numbers in the Family-sponsored preference categories was very low. As a result, the cut-off dates for most Family preference categories were advanced at a very rapid pace, in an attempt to generate demand so that the annual numerical limits could be fully utilized."

I guess there might be a rapid acceleration on cut-off dates for coming VB?

What you have posted is completely out of date. The December 2010 Visa Bulletin is no longer effective and is irrelevant for most people at this time. In addition, Retrogression became a big deal at the beginning of this year. Retrogression changed everything.

You are wasting your time trying to predict how the PDs will move based on past movements. This is like asking what will the temperature will be on November 13, 2014, based on today's weather. No one has the data to make even a good guess.

sorry to say my friend your thinking is wrong....bcaz the low demand means the cases completed by nvc are less at the time between 2009 and 2010 bcaz of slow work by nvc.....so low demand of visas and when nvc started to work little fast,we have seen too much completed cases and so huge demand in dec 2010 and early 2011 so huge retrogession......so ur thinking is wrong bcaz u misunderstood the terms....
