bio was 9/14.... still no ead for us either :( Interview has been scheduled for Nov. 10th

July 24,2010- Nigel proposed!!

September 1, 2010- posted the k-1 (lewisville address)

September 3, 2010 - forwarded to dallas

September 6, 2010- recieved in dallas

September 7, 2010 - forwarded to vermont service center

September 8, 2010- offical date of NOA1

September 9, 2010- text and email alerts 2:30 a.m.!!! but worth being woke up to

September 10, 2010 check cashed

October 3, 2010- joined VJ going bonkers waiting....

March 4, 2011 NOA2 after a long 177 days waiting ( no text email or onliine update.. still says in review)

March 10, 2011 NVC received and issued LND#

March 12, 2011 NOA2 hard copy received

March 17, 2011 we are at London.. packet 3 sent out

March 18, 2011 packet 3 sent back to London

March 22,2011 MRV-paid

April 1, 2011 Medical

April 15, 2011 Interview- Approved! orignal interview date May 13 requested to move forward received less than a days notice.

I had bio on 9/1, will interview on 10/19 and got my EAD card production email on 10/7 (more than 5 weeks after bio and less than 2 weeks after interview)

7/27/2011: Sent app pkg to Chicago lockbox

7/29/2011: Delivered

8/4/2011: NOAs for all 4 forms through email

8/11/2011: NOAs through mail

8/12/2011: Biometric letter

9/01/2011: Biometric Appointment

9/17/2011: Interview notice received

10/19/2011: Interview date

How long ago did you get your NOA1? The EAD generally takes between 2-3 months from when your case is received, regardless of when you get biometrics done or when an interview is scheduled. Some people get their EAD right after biometrics but that is generally because their local office is backed up and they were just waiting for biometrics.

08.25.2010 - NOA hard copies received (x4), case status available online: 765, 131, 130.
10.15.2010 - RFE received: need 2 additional photos for AP.
10.18.2010 - RFE response sent certified mail
10.21.2010 - Service request placed for biometrics
10.25.2010 - RFE received per USCIS
10.26.2010 - Text/email received - AP approved!
10.28.2010 - Biometrics appointment received, dated 10/22 - set for 11/19 @ 3:00 PM
11.01.2010 - Successful biometrics walk-in @ 9:45 AM; EAD card sent for production text/email @ 2:47 PM! I-485 case status now available online.
11.04.2010 - Text/Email (2nd) - EAD card sent for production
11.08.2010 - Text/Email (3rd) - EAD approved
11.10.2010 - EAD received
12.11.2010 - Interview letter received - 01.13.11
01.13.2011 - Interview - no decision on the spot

How long ago did you get your NOA1? The EAD generally takes between 2-3 months from when your case is received, regardless of when you get biometrics done or when an interview is scheduled. No guarantees of course as there is a range when these things come through, but our NOA1 date was August 25th of last year and my husband got his EAD at the beginning of November.

09-14-2011 RFE Sent for 485. I forgot to sign one section of the 485

09-21-2011 RFE Mailed back to USCIS

10-14-2011 Card production of EAD ordered

10-17-2011 Interview notice (I-797C) received for 11-16-2011

10-22-2011 EAD Card received

11-16-2011 APPROVED. Card Ordered, Passport Stamped.

Had my biometrics appointment on September 19th and still haven't received mine....almost been 4 weeks. Surprisingly though,I got my interview notice like 10 days ago, it's in 3 weeks.

10/05/2011: Received text and email for interview

10/17/2011: EAD Production ordered.....FINALLY!

10/20/2011: EAD Production ordered.... Again???

10/24/2011: EAD Status Changed to EAD approval notice mailed out on Oct 21,2011.

10/25/2011: Received EAD Card....approval notice = EAD card :-)

10/26/2011: Applied for new social sec.....received card 10/31

10/27/2011: Applied for new DL.......received it 11/4

11/07/2011: Interview Day.........APPROVED!!!!!!

11/07/2011: At 6:00 p.m. status changed to CARD PRODUCTION ORDERED :-)

I mailed the application the same day you did. Had biometerics on 9/26 but no update on case status online since 8/26.

No EAD here either. Timeline below. Interview in 3 weeks. Our case status isn't online either, but I'm past expecting it to be.
