Greetings everyone! i got questions for those who received their RFEs... i just want to know how long you guys waited for the NOA2 after replying to the RFE.. yes, we got the RFE after 6 months (in CSC) and we sent it back friday (we sent another petitioner's biographic data and evidence of ongoing relationship).. Based on what i've been reading.. the longest was 2 months... but i have read some got their approvals after 2 weeks only! i just wanna know your experience!? :yes: i am really hoping we will be approved before this month ends...

for the our first rfe, we waited for a month. after which we received another rfe. when we sent our response for the second rfe, we waited only for 5 days...and we got approved.

We were given a month to comply with the RFE.

Then We waited for another 1 month to get approved.

02-06-2012: Received Text/Email, application received by USCIS
02-10-2012: Received mail/hard copy of I-131 (NOA)
02-15-2012: Received mails/hard copies of I-765 & I-485 (NOAs) / Mail for Biometrics Appt.
03-06-2012: Biometrics Appointment done
03-14-2012: Received mail for Interview Appt on 16th April 2012.
04-04-2012: EAD/AP approved
04-12-2012: EAD/AP card received ;-)
04-16-2012: Interview day - Approved! (waiting for GC)
04-23-2012: Welcome Letter touched
05-03-2012: GC on hand!

I think I'll get an RFE because we thought that the divorce decree is only 10pages. That's just what the lawyers office gave us so we thought it's all then we found out that it's actually 22pages when my fiance was asking about the cert true copy of it.

I think the lesson there are, read and ask people as much as you can, review your application 200x before you send it. After you send it, still keep on reading because you'll get an idea if you did things right. If you get the feeling you may get a RFE, have it ready so everything will be sent in right away to keep the ball rolling.

04/13/2011 : I-130 received/Priority date

07/13/2011 : RFE for G325A (beneficiary)

07/28/2011 : I-130 approved :)

Your I-130 was approved in 106 days from your NOA1 date.

NVC

08/08/2011 : NVC received case from USCIS

09/08/2011 : NVC assigned case number

09/09/2011 : Paid AOS bill

09/14/2011 : Paid IV bill

09/22/2011 : Submitted AOS and IV packets via USPS Priority Mail

09/26/2011 : NVC received AOS and IV packets

10/03/2011 : checklist cover letter #4 - AOS line 25 being questioned

10/11/2011 : Response to RFE sent via USPS Priority Mail

10/11/2011 : checklist cover letter #5 - IV application OK! :) -NVC still waiting for RFE response

10/13/2011 : NVC received RFE reponse and now, we WAIT! :D

Thanks guys for taking time to reply... well i guess the average is 1month.. we just have to wait then... but if we get approved in 2 weeks.. i will be definitely overjoyed! I just don't wanna get another RFE please!
