  • overpriced accomodations
  • 10-day licence-and-tags transfer rule

Also, entire states of MA, NY, CT, NJ -- no reasonable (maximum of 1 stop for flight-swap or refuel, which MUST NOT be Pearson) flight connexions to Calgary.

Morganton, North Carolina. Gods its boring here :P You have to drive an hour in any direction to find something to do. ugh...Plus, jobs are scarce, people are snobs, taxes are high compared to what you get for your dollar, and its bloody boring.

Not sure exactly where in state (which is HUGE) that is, but it does have one redeeming feature, IMO only: if I go due north, I can probably visit home (Calgary). :lol: :lol:

I've found Vermont a pretty hard place to live in though it is very beautiful at this time of year. The only consolation is that it's a short drive to any neighboring state, and easy to get OUT of the US to Quebec. ;) Something I just have to do on a regular basis otheriwse I'd go crazy :yes:

That's because in terms of standard of living, job growth/opportunities, educational attainment, general health of its citizens...Mississippi is TERRIBLE. I've been there before and while it was charming enough to visit (especially Oxford...very cute), I would never live there.
