Well, I have a couple of questions and hope someone can help me. So here is my case: I ve been in USA for almost 4 years, and I got married in April this year, filled my papers in august, in September had the fingerprint and my interview will be on November 2, but the peplum is that I didn't get the letter about the interview yet, I checked online and they sent it to me on September 27, and I didn't get it. Usually it doesn't take that long... I called there and they said I need to wait for the letter in 30 days if I don't get it, then I call them.. But my interview will b in 2 weeks and also my husband is in boot camp and won't be able to go to the interview. I read about it and I know I can go by myself but do I need to inform Immigration first about it or should I just go with all the papers??

Hope someone can help me, because I don't know what to do now.

Thanks in advance!

Sorry I didn't mean peplum but problem

You need proof from the command that he cannot be there for the interview. If you don't have this you will have trouble.

Your I-129f was approved in 5 days from your NOA1 date.

Your interview took 67 days from your I-129F NOA1 date.

AOS was approved in 2 months and 8 days without interview.

ROC was approved in 3 months and 2 days without interview.

I am a Citizen of the United States of America. 04/16/13

Julis2, we didn't have any problem, But I had someone to fill the application for us :-)

I would call the number and explain the situation..do you have a lawyer? If yes, call him and ask.

Good luck!
