Hello VJers,

I am just staring of my documents and thinking how it should be arranged in order to be presentable & easy when asked by the interviewer(s). Should this be placed in folder by folder?

i.e., (1) DS FORMS (in one folder) and place each forms in a refillable plastic or should I put all DS forms in "one" refillable plastic?

(2) Birth Certificate, Police Certificate, NBI (in one folder), again, put each one of them in a refillable plastic... with a level on it.

OR... Should I lessen these folders from, lets say, from 10 to 6?

If I count all the folders, that makes 5-6 inches high, lol! It looks bulky, I know... What can you advise and in able to be acceptable infront of the CO?:help:

Thank you all in advance!

It was a little heavy, but effective. I think the most important thing is to be able to find the documents they ask for. Know your file well and where you put everything.

Thank you all in advance!

mine i arranged it this way.

not in a folder: appointment letter, passport and ds forms

(ready for the first inspection at the entrance of the embassy)

these will be given back to you.

second inspection: window a,b,c

prepare the above documents plus the bpi receipts. (still not in folder)

inside the new building: drop the stapled documents with stapled priority number at window 39.keep the passport which was placed inside a ziploc plastic by the embassy agents and the other half of the priority number.

pre screener: bc, nbi, cenomar (not in folder)

affidavit of support (in folder)

chats, emails, voice calls, phone bills, pictures (each category in

separate folders)

divorce decree, annulment, baptismal cert, tor, etc... (not in folder)

i hope this helps.

This is not the way the visa interview process was performed during my interview just this OCt. 11 - expandable envelops with built in divider will be of great help. just be sue to be familiar with your arrangements.

Since my NOA2 approved, I always been checking my documents scattered them in living room or in bedroom , just to make sure I have them and what's missing. Thanks to our fellow VJers who eventually help me a lot in this journey... I am so excited and nervous at the same time...

I hope we all get through this challenging journey...:innocent:
