Hi, Dear all, many thanks to all reading and responding. I'd really appreciate some Help!)

1. came in USA in 02/08/2010, visa type-J1, category-exchange visitor, au-pair

2. went on a trip to Canada, return date 05/31/2010

3. adjusted to B2, new I-94 says, Valid from 04/27/2011 Until 06/07/2011

Got married on 10/03/2011

Question: a) What to put in I-130, Date arrived? The first one I arrived in USA, the second After CAnada, or the last one -shown in B2, even though i never left???

b) Authorised stay expire, I guess it would be last data from B2 updated I-94.

I-94 only gave you until 06/07/11 correct?

but you over stayed?

got married 10/03/11 in US?

and your still in US?

So are you then going to apply for AOS?

Always be grateful, thankful and appreciate what you have.
