I highlighted the important items on the supporting documents. I thought it would might expedite review and maybe even be appreciated by the employee. I've not read anything saying highlighting is not allowed. We are waiting for NOA-2 if Cali ever gets back to processing 129f applications.

Congratulations! Russian women are the best

I highlighted all of the dates on all my boarding passes and I also put stickies all over the place pointing to dates on boarding passes, passport entries and exits, hotel dates, etc. I sent them a packet of about 300 pages. I was VSC. For what it's worth, I got my NOA2 in just over 3 months. I was the first VSC May filer on VJ to get their NOA2.

So, maybe they like highlights and stickies, maybe they like packets that are extremely thorough, maybe they liked our pictures, or maybe we just got lucky.
