Hi to all!

Well, dealing with my family... at first glance, my father's income doesn't met the minimum.

Id like to know if can i use my pension for this?

(i am the intending immigrant)

i have heard that as long it remain once i left the country... i don't have problem with that

but do i have to meet the 125%?

or only the difference of my father's income and the minimum?

x3 or x5?

The instructions say the difference between actual income and the minimum income, X5 i dunno how it would work for a pension, i believe your assets can be counted

thanks.

but that's exactly the part i want to know

that would be an explanation of this:

http://www.***removed***/affidavit-of-support/using-assets-meet-income-requirements.html

at the end, just above the title; "Required Minimum Total Value of Assets"
