Hi all,

I have a question to ask regarding my status after the AOS interview, but not approved on the spot? What will it be? Still in "AOS pending"? Can I continue to work legally using the EAD? And what if the interviewer ask for my EAD back?

8/4/2011: NOAs for all 4 forms through email

8/11/2011: NOAs through mail

9/01/2011: Biometric Appointment

9/17/2011: Interview notice received

10/19/2011: Interview date

you're still in aos pending until a decision is made, and yes you can still work you can work until your ead runs out
