Hey Guys:

My fiance's passport spelled out her middle name but when I was filling the I129F package, I just used the initial of her middle name. Will this be a PROBLEM? Please advise guys.

Thanks.

it says any other names used, or names use the full name, always on the forms, possible you could get a rfe.in the future forms use the full name on all the forms.

I doubt if it would be a problem, since the Names are Spelt correctly and the DOB is correct.A Middle Name can be written in initial. But if you havent forwarded the petition yet,you can write it in full

Thanks Souleymon for your response. I haven't send out the petition yet. I had to ask my fiance to refill the G-325A with initial spelled out in full and sign it. The one I have in my hand has initial.

@ Souleymon and everyone

For me and my finace, we grew up in the street. But we reconnected through her sister last year summer 2010 after 13yrs. I have visited her 3 times since we reconnected and I plan to visit her again for christmas 2011. I hope this visits will show some kind of realness in our relationship and our love.

I have another question.. How do someone end up in or what prompts "ADMINISTRATIVE PROCESS"??? How someone can avoid this??

Please advice

There is no real way to avoid AP it is random in most cases or sometimes for lack of substantial amount of evidenence. Be organized pay attention to detail (such as spelling out full name)and be confident then you will be ok also when sending your pkt send more than enough this is lagos.... good luck!!!!

Hey Guys, Please help me:

I am about to send out my petition and I found out on my short form US birth certificate obtain from the county I live in has my last spelt wrong by the last 2 alphabet but my US passport has the correct spelling of my last name..

In the same birth certificate they misspelt my mother maiden name.

What should I do? Should I still go ahead and I file the petition using my US Passport only and on G-325A should I using the mother's maiden name in the birth certificate currently or type in the correct name and correct these mistakes before interview??

Please Advance people....

Different spellings of the same name can fall under AKA ( also known as ) so as I explained in another post Jane Doe aka Jane Dough You can do this as an attachment to the form

This will not be over quickly. You will not enjoy this.
