So our interview was yesterday. They asked us a lot of questions about what our plans are after we go back, where we will live, where I will work, stuff like that. They never told us officially that we were approved, but "approved" was circled at the bottom of their interview sheet when they called us back to tell us they were done with us. They kept the passport and sent me down to Fedex to pay up to have it sent back.

DCF was way, way better than 130/129F/EAD/AOS LOL. We are happy because this time its a 10-yr card...

If they do NOT approve what do they do or tell you? LOL

i don't get it.

We hope so.....LOL

It would have been so much better if the officer had said "your case is approved" rather than "go see FedEx with this tag, pay up, and we will get back to you"

They interviewed us separately (weak compared to our 2008 USCIS interview in Houston - they could learn from those old time INS agents). After 4 years together and a 2-yr-old we're pretty solid unlike 2008 when we had only been in the same house for about 5 months.
