I am filing my AOS from a K1 tomorrow.

My husband and I are wanting to move from Maine to North Dakota between Christmas and New Year.

I am guessing that if we are scheduled for an interview it will probably not be until next year.

He has completed the I-864 and earns over the required amount. Am I right in guessing that if we are scheduled for an interview at the field office closest to North Dakota, he will be asked to provide a new I-864 + supporting documents proving the new income?

I know he should be able to find a job reasonably quickly after we move (he has moved several times and no problems finding new employment so far) but I am worried as I am sure the new job would pay less than the current job.. current income is approx $25,000 for the two of us. He has been at his current job for the last 12 months. Neither of us has anyone who could be a co-sponsor. I'm just worried that it wouldn't look good at the interview, having moved during the process and now with a lower income..

As long as you earn enough USCIS doesn't care how much.
