Hello VJers :)

So it's almost 2 weeks since our K-1 petition has been approved and we thought it's time to contact NVC. But while getting the information from NOA2 we noticed something, It didn't say anything about NVC @_@. I attached the letter we had from USCIS. What does it mean?

This immigration processes are driving me insane :crying:

ALL Petitions go to the NVC. The form letter is in error. The petition is forwarded to the consulate THROUGH the NVC.

My NAO2 says the same thing. Doesn't even list the consulate it was sent to......I have been calling the NVC and they don't have my file on record either and its been two weeks. I suppose at this time patience is a virtue.......

half of them. Half the letters say sent to NVC, half say sent to the consulate. They are ALL sent to NVC and then sent to the consulate

emailing NVC will result in nothing. wait for the letter to arrive.
