My hubby just received our hard copy. It just says that our case will be forwarded to NVC and to wait 30 days before calling. Do you guys have yours already? Also, have you started calling NVC yet?

I got my hard copy over two weeks ago and yes, I've called a few times already. When I called yesterday they said that I should wait 15 working days (from the time the NOA2 was issued) before expecting it to be in their system. Like most people here...I'm not waiting!

10/01/11: I-130 application mailed

10/04/11: Priority Date

10/08/11: Notice Date (NOA1 - CSC)

03/29/12: Approval Email (NOA2)

04/05/12: NOA2 Hard copy received

NVC:

04/16/12: NVC Received

04/30/12: NVC Case# and IIN received

04/30/12: DS-3032 Email sent

05/02/12: I-864(AOS) invoice email received

05/03/12: I-864(AOS) Paid

05/09/12: DS-3032 acceptance received

05/09/12: DS-230(IV) invoice email received

05/09/12: DS-230(IV) Paid

05/16/12: I-864(AOS) and DS-230(IV) sent (same envelop, attn: CMR)

No noa 2 yet i got rfe so will have to wait unitil they process rfe. Hopefully it will be soon.

October 05, 2011: Received NOA1 via text/email, file routed to CSC (priority date October 5th)

October 08, 2011: Received NOA1 hardcopy in mail

March 27, 2012: Received RFE (missing passport photo)

MArch 30, 2012: Received RFE Hard copy and sent it right back

April 02, 2012: Received Request for Evidence Response Review

April 10, 2012: Notice that we have approved this I130

May 23, 2012 - Received case#

May 25, 2012 - DS-3032 Email sent

04/05/12 - NOA-2

Your I-130 was approved in 184 days from your NOA1 date.

04/23/12 - NVC received both cases (18 days/12 business days from NOA-2)

05/07/12 - Case numbers and IIN's (14 days/10 business days since NVC received)

05/07/12 - Sent out DS-3032 by email; auto-response received

05/08/12 - AOS fee invoiced, paid - "IN PROCESS"

05/09/12 - AOS fee shows as "PAID"

05/10/12 - Spouse's DS-3032 accepted; minor child's rejected = had petitioner call NVC = received verbal acceptance from operator

We got approved yesterday!!!! Well, last night! Yahoooooo!!!

Congrats! I am truly happy for you..

But I've got to say, I am starting to think that there is some issue keeping me from getting my approval. I am seeing many dates just before, just after, and exactly the same NOA1 dates as me. The frustration is piling on more and more every day!

I'm not trying to bum anyone out, just venting my frustrations :P Thanks for listening :)

Congressperson emailed me and said the case was approved today. I would like to see some "proof" so I checked online and called Customer Service but both still show pending. I am not sure if I can 100% be happy yet. Just as reference, my NOA1 was 10/24/2011.

we got approved on march 30th...but we still havent got any texts or e-mail notifications....

that doesnt mean anything,right?

Try to register in USCIS again, and go to the part where you register your mobile phone or email to get an e-notification. This happened to my husband too...he said he didn't get any email so I asked him to go to the e-notification in USCIS website and register his email. Then after a few seconds, he got his email notifying him that our petition was approved. :thumbs:
