I had the same experience the last week...... :blush: :blush: :blush: ....Unfortunately, that was not what I was looking for.....but seems we are around the corner to see real email with NOA2 ......

After all of that today...I just got the email saying that our NOA2 has been approved! :dance: On to the next step we go!

Got the email this morning that we have an RFE ...almost 6 months and they couldn't figure out that they wanted more/different information prior to now?!

I called the information line, was escalated to a tier2 officer, and they can't give me any information about what they want. The real cherry on this situation is I have major surgery upcoming in the next 2 weeks - if I get a 30 day deadline, I may be screwed.

Argh, I can't decide if I'm sad, angry or depressed. We had hoped to not spend another summer apart.

It's going to be 6 months of waiting for us next week. I hope they get to our file soon! It's frustrating that mid-October filers have been getting approved already.
