I know what you mean.....I've been trying really hard to be patient all this time, but now I'm starting to go :wacko: I just want something to be moving!! I feel like we've been sitting ducks, so it's nice to hear some October approvals!!! :yes:

I-130 NOA2: 04/09/12

Received at NVC: 04/2012

Case Closed: 06/14/12

Interview in CDJ: 08/06/12 (denied, okay to file waiver)

Sent in I-601 Waiver: 08/06/12

I-601 Waiver Approved: 11/14/12

CR-1 Visa Received: 12/11/12

Entry to U.S.: 12/21/12

ROC Application Received: 10/31/14

Biometrics Appointment: 11/25/14

JUST received an e-mail from USCIS stating, "On March 23, 2012, we mailed you a notice that we have approved this I130 IMMIGRANT PETITION FOR RELATIVE, FIANCE(E), OR ORPHAN."

Almost can't believe it and I know my heart skipped a few beats when I saw who the e-mail was from and the subject line!

Hang in there, everyone! Your approval will be coming very soon too!!!!

USCIS:(164 days)
10/07/11 - I-130 Sent
10/09/11 - Delivery Confirmation - Chicago
10/13/11 - NOA1 Confirmation by e-mail & text
10/17/11 - NOA1 Hard copy received (Priority date October 11)
03/23/12 - NOA2 (e-mail notification on 3/23, Hard copy received on 3/30)
NVC: (48 days)
04/16/12 - Case arrived at NVC
04/25/12 - Received case #, IIN, and BIN, gave e-mail addresses, sent optin e-mail
04/26/12 - Submitted DS-261 online (Resubmit on 5/10)
04/27/12 - Received info package and AOS bill e-mails from NVC
05/01/12 - Re-sent Optin e-mail (accepted 5/01)
05/02/12 - AOS bill invoiced & paid
05/03/12 - AOS bill appears as PAID

05/19/14 - Biometrics letter received, Notice date 05/16 (appointment scheduled for 06/11)
06/11/14 - Biometrics appointment

12/17/14 - APPROVED!

12/27/14 - 10 year Green Card arrived!

I just saw that a couple more october filers are being approved today..yay...all that gives me hopes!!!

Maybe,the rest of us,who are still waiting,will hear something in the next few days!

Priority date: 14th October 2011

NOA 2: 23rd March 2012

Case Complete at NVC: 29th May 2012

Interview schedule for 30th July 2012 > Result: Administrative Processing / Green slip 221(g)

AP ended on 29th August - Passport in hand!!

NOA 1- Dated Feb 1 2010

NOA 2- Dated April 27 2010 (85days after NOA1)

Interview-October 2010- outcome AP

Interview-July 2011-outcome-Recommendation for revocation

March 2012- Petition received by a USCIS office

May 11 2012- Petiton sent to another USCIS office for processing

May 15 2012- Petition is now being processed at a USCIS office

May 17 2012- letter rec'd from CSC Petition officially closed

Oct 26, 2011- Sent 1-130 Oct 27, 2011- NOA1 priority date

July 2012- NOID I-130 petition

July 16, 2012 e-mail notification for NOA2

NVC Process

July 23, 2012- nvc received

Aug 13,2012- called nvc to receive case# and IIN

Aug 14,2012- DS-3032 Email sent

Aug 15,2012- AOS Fee $88 invoiced, paid and in process

Aug 16,2012- AOS shows as paid

Aug 17,2012- I-864 overnighted to NVC

Aug 24,2012- DS-3032 acceptance received

Aug 24,2012- DS-230 invoiced/paid

Sept 4,2012- DS-230 overnighted to NVC (forgot to date page 2 waoo???, can't stop beating myself now, pls no RFE)

05/07/12 - Case numbers and IIN's (14 days/10 business days since NVC received)

05/07/12 - Sent out DS-3032 by email; auto-response received

05/08/12 - AOS fee invoiced, paid - "IN PROCESS"

05/09/12 - AOS fee shows as "PAID"

05/10/12 - Spouse's DS-3032 accepted; minor child's rejected = had petitioner call NVC = received verbal acceptance from operator

05/11/12 - Spouse's IV fee invoiced

A short while later I checked my email and got excited when I saw that I got one from USCIS...but then I noticed they were simply letting me know I changed my password hahaha grrrrr hurry up!!!!
