Hi All,

Joining in for October fillers. Filled I-130 for my parent on October 4th. My previous experience with USCIS when i filled for my spouse was very bad. So i hope this time it will go smooth.

10/01/11: I-130 application mailed

10/04/11: Priority Date

10/08/11: Notice Date (NOA1 - CSC)

03/29/12: Approval Email (NOA2)

04/05/12: NOA2 Hard copy received

NVC:

04/16/12: NVC Received

04/30/12: NVC Case# and IIN received

04/30/12: DS-3032 Email sent

05/02/12: I-864(AOS) invoice email received

05/03/12: I-864(AOS) Paid

05/09/12: DS-3032 acceptance received

05/09/12: DS-230(IV) invoice email received

05/09/12: DS-230(IV) Paid

05/16/12: I-864(AOS) and DS-230(IV) sent (same envelop, attn: CMR)

05/17/12: I-864(AOS) and DS-230(IV) delivered to NVC

05/27/12: Case Sent To US Embassy

10/04/11: Priority Date

10/08/11: Notice Date (NOA1 - CSC)

03/29/12: Approval Email (NOA2)

04/05/12: NOA2 Hard copy received

NVC:

04/16/12: NVC Received

04/30/12: NVC Case# and IIN received

04/30/12: DS-3032 Email sent

05/02/12: I-864(AOS) invoice email received

05/03/12: I-864(AOS) Paid

05/09/12: DS-3032 acceptance received

05/09/12: DS-230(IV) invoice email received

05/09/12: DS-230(IV) Paid

05/16/12: I-864(AOS) and DS-230(IV) sent (same envelop, attn: CMR)

05/17/12: I-864(AOS) and DS-230(IV) delivered to NVC

Just spoke to USCIS, CSC currently processing applications for July 12

That's really only a half truth.

While there are still July filers with no NOA2, the bulk of the work is now on August filers. The August NOA2s are evenly spread throughout the month, so we should even start seeing some September filers getting their good news soon.

The dates you get from USCIS aren't up to date, and they're sporadic - Not reliable.

this is what I am hoping of as well. throughout this process I have come to the realization that accepting to be patient is best. we will get approved :)
