Hello everyone.

Hopefuly this will give everyone an idea about approvals from VSC. Here is a little background on my case. I filed i129-f on may 4th. Noa1 was dated for may 9th. I reveived a RFE and send my responsed on september 14. Today I called USCIS to see if I can get them to put service request since its past the.5 months from original filing date. The customer service rep told me that VSC was behind and were working on files from may 1st at this time. she advisef if I dont hear anything by october 14 to call back and they will put in a service request based on my case being outside of normal processing time. Hope this give some hope and answer some questions u guys might have. Good luck everyone.

Thanks for posting... If we don't get our NOA2 by Oct 18 then we'll be calling USCIS to put in a service request. Hope we all get our approvals soon!
