So there are not enough stats for the Nairobi embassy. It's been two weeks since my case completion at the NVC. After how long should I expect to be scheduled for an interview (the stats in the timeline section shown an average time between NOA2 and interview of 5 months, but this is probably unreliable since most of the stats go as far out as 2006).

It might take up to 3 mos. after cases complete for you to have your interview scheduled in Nairobi for it is a mega-embassy servicing about 15 countries in Africa. It's usually backlogged and the interview process is 2 days. The 1st day is only to submit all of your paperwork/documents and the interview the following day.

Good luck and it will come quicker than you think. Our case wa scomplete in July of 2010 but interview was scheduled the very last week on September.

We had CC in April and received our interview date in June. After that it was 2.5 months to actually be able to go to the interview. There was another person through Nairobi embassy that had to wait longer b/c of the DV interviews. Their interview is in Nov. Good luck to you! It will all be over soon. :)
