this guys are crazy!!

i am an Admin/Mod for a small Soccer Forum in Texas.. i check the IP address of the "people" trying to get registerted.. when IP Address is from Nigeria, Ukraine, UK, China, Korea.. chances are they are not LEGIT.. so i ban them.. sometimes it takes an hour.. and i can go a week or two before i get a REAL PERSON trying to get in..

Bring not only cousins but aunts and uncles, heck just throw in the neighbors and their dog too.

A scam email a tiny bit more deceiving than the ones that look like they are written by a 12 year old.

Amazing how many gullible people fall for this and send their life savings without researching all the info online. I will never understand why !

Report the email to the appropriate state agency in this link and I hope they find the source.

US Department of Secretary already published about green lottery winner was absolutely fabricated. They even have release statement to warn people to be careful about it on every embassy websites
