Hi,

I am little beat confuse about package 4 forms. Most of all the forms are same as Package 3. So my question is, i have to fill up again all the forms? or i can send same forms which i already filled up when i sent package 3???

Pls help me regarding this confusion.

From what I have read, YES you must fill out the forms twice because one set from Packet 3 goes to the consulate and the set of forms for packet 4 goes to your local VFS Office. I got the following from the website of the American Consulate in Mumbai:
