Re-read your first sentence. You said you STAYED there and it was VACATION. The question on the DS-230 asks about places you LIVED and RESIDED. Vacation does not count!

The same thing applies for the police certificates, it's for places you LIVED and RESIDED, not those you just visited.

And for the education question, just go from high school and up.

Hey iw....

Toughen up...you have a long road before you get through everything, and if you are this thin skinned up front, you are going to be in for a bumpy ride. We all help out, and we expect you to help others in return...that is what this is all about.

If you think that something in these responses was degrading, I hate to think about how you are going to feel when you start interacting with the various agencies, let alone the interview process, and God help you if there is a hint of TB--that really is degrading what you have to go through.

So listen very closely--TOUGHEN UP--REALLY !!!

By the way, your eventual success is all our success--that's we we help out.

Oh yes...Navy is one of the most helpful people on this site, so no more complaints...just say thank you (or think it to yourself) and hope that someday you might be 1/3 as helpful as Navy is...he is one of the really good people here !!! You can be too.

i DID NOT say anything about navyk.. i have been reading his posts before and indeed he/she is very helpful..

i know i have to be tough about all things, and the visajourney website has been helping me a whole lot with the process, i just dont think that the matter of factly and condescending tone is helping anybody. we need help that's why we registered and became members. there are things that i dont know that's why i am asking about things. i pitch in when i can and i am very thankful for those who help.
