If Reagan were running for president today, you would call him a RINO. The republicans of the early to mid-80's is what you should aspire to, not this level of hyper partisanship, focused on social issues.

I think fiscal and economic issues are more the focus now.

And it is pretty much all over the news that Cain kicked Romneys @ss. He did. Even in New Hamoshire, which has no sales tax and no state income tax. When Romney said "Ask these people what they would think of a 9% sales tax" Cains response was "What would they think of not having to pay the 7.32% payroll tax, 15% if self employed and only a 9% federal income tax rate?" That ended that. Bachmans response? "If you turn 9-9-9 upside down you get 6-6-6 and the devil is in the details" Good grief. She is posting as a liberal on VJ in her spare time!

If he makes it an issue of the campaign, and he IS, then it cold actually get past if he gets elected. If he does get elected you can expect it to come with a landslide defeat of Dems. I mean the electorate is not going to toss Obama and NOT toss a whole bunch of Dems with him.
