Hi Everyone, just got GC,and planning ahead the 751 instruction states that "Affidavits sworn by at least two people who know about the relationship." Can this be a husband and wife to make it easier on the people making the affidavit? Also, does it matter if they are only permanent resident vs US Citizens?

Would be better if it was from different people not a married couple and USC.

You could have the married couple write one and both sign it then get someone else to write another one.

We used only USC and 1 from a married couple and 1 from another person.

They dont have to be USC a permanent resident is fine too.

Try to find different people, just to make it easier.

My experience? I did not include ANY affidavits OR photos. None. Approved without an interview.
