Applying for an F1 student visa

Hi

I'm 16 and I'm studying in 3rd grade of high school in Iran. My brother is a US citizen and is studying in the US. He applied for my parent's residency 4 months ago. It seems my parent are getting their Green card within 6 months and they'll leave Iran by that time and I REALLY don't have ANYBODY to live with in Iran. By the way we're a 4 member family. I'm thinking of applying for an F1 Student visa in a limited time because I'm allowed to leave the country within 15 months because of my military service. That's all. Please let me know your suggestion and the quickest way to get a Student visa.

Unfortunately there is no quick way.

You have to apply for schools in the USA and get accepted to one of them before you can do anything about a student visa. You also have to prove that you will return to your country after, which you just said you have no reason to return because all your family is going to be in america. You also have to prove you can pay for your tuition and have money to live on in the USA.

Your I-129f was approved in 5 days from your NOA1 date.

Your interview took 67 days from your I-129F NOA1 date.

AOS was approved in 2 months and 8 days without interview.

ROC was approved in 3 months and 2 days without interview.

Yeah I've talked with a school and i think i'll be getting the I20 from them. and of course when my parents can apply for me then the consular understands that I'll be going the the US again some time later. So do you think it's a logical reason for them not to give me the student visa? of course I have good reasons for returning to Iran such as having 3 properties ownership. and I don't have any problems with the fees. What do you think?

Everything depends on your immigration officer. If he or she will be convinced that your ties are good, you can be granted the visa. With applicant having close relatives in the U.S., unfortunately this doesn't happen very often.

'Owning' 3 properties (likely signed over to you by your parents) proves nothing about where you really want to live...those properties can be managed from a distance...and a CO will wonder why, when your entire family lives in the US, you would return to Iran to manage some properties....
