I am a Canadian wanting to live in the US. Is it possible to get a sponsorship visa of some sort? Having a US citizen sponsor me to stay so I wouldnt have to leave within 6 months as Canadians presently do.. I just have no idea what my options are. I want to live in the US, but I dont know what I would have to offer in the way of a 'special skill' for a work visa. I am so stressed out I have no clue where to start.

Look at TN visas. Specially offered to Canadians, that may be an option?

Your I-129f was approved in 5 days from your NOA1 date.

Your interview took 67 days from your I-129F NOA1 date.

AOS was approved in 2 months and 8 days without interview.

ROC was approved in 3 months and 2 days without interview.

You're one of the billions that want to leave in US - to put it straight. And so far there is no visa for people that just want that... US typically wants something in return - specialty occupation or just being a spouse of a US citizen...

You can look at work visa - but those are hard to get, you need to qualify and those are temporary. Their time limit eventually expires. Work-based GC sponsorship is even more harder to find...

Here is the TN visa information http://travel.state.gov/visa/temp/types/types_1274.html#12

it also lists the NAFTA jobs list - scroll down to the NAFTA section and click the little blue link and it will show you the list of jobs.
