So now the I-130 part is over.. I want to save more RFEs in future if possibly can by researching and submitting the very right papers. Next stop NVC...

So if any of the gurus could tell me what documents are NEEDED from me or my wife for NVC fun? What part i need the 3 years tax return ? Do the tax returns have to be copies of the tax forms?

ALso if anyone can outline the NVC process for me what to expect that would be awsome PLZ..

Thanks in advance.

Congrats. It is time to collect the NVC required documents. You can avoid RFE's as long as you read the guidelines and seek appropriate answers to your doubts, if any.

Look at the link that will give you the documents required for AOS and IV packets.

http://www.visajourney.com/wiki/index.php/National_Visa_Center

AOS is for USC: Get the IRS Tax Transcripts for 2010, 2009 & 2008. Check if your current income is sufficient for you and your spouse. Get Employment letter possibly with annual salary and/or latest pay stubs.

IV is for your beneficiary: Get the Police Clearance Certificates of the beneficiary from Passport Office and Local Police. Get a few blank DS-230 signed (part I only). Get Date of Birth Certifcate of beneficiary (Original is needed) and your Original Marraige certificate

Sorry no scanned copies are accepted by NVC - those need to be original else you will get a RFE.

OR

Call 1-800-908-9946

Also, it takes 2 weeks or longer to get your nvc numbers. So call every night and ask.

Once you get the numbers give both email address to the operator and get your Invoice number and NVC case number and you will be ready to log into the portal to pay the bills (takes about 2-3 days for them to be ready for you to pay)

And please edit your timeline in your profile.

Good luck with NVC

Thx visapetition.

I am wondering about forms like DS3032 and DS 230, Are these have to be completed and signed by beneficiary spouse and mail from their countries to NVC? Also IV bill payement, can the petitioner spouse pays that here? The "generated" DS-230 or I-1864 is confusing a bit. are these standard forms that can be downloaded and have them ready in advance?

Thx again for your time and help.

The DS3032 has to be signed by beneficiary in ink. It can be mailed to NVC from any country. Doesn't matter so long as the sign is in ink, not scanned. The AOS and IV fees has to be paid online on the travelstate website. Anybody can pay it. The petitioner can pay it, doesn't matter. The DS 230 and I-864 forms are available to download for free and can be filled in advance. The NVC will not send any physical forms for you to fill out nor any notification requesting these forms. As soon as the fees' are paid, your cover sheets will be generated with a unique bar code. You can download those sheets from your payment portal. That is the indication that you can now submit DS230 and I864. For submitting DS230, you will require other doc's like original marriage and birth cert and PCC's. Getting Pcc's can be a lengthy process depending on where you live. Find out all the additional doc's you require for Pcc's and get them ready. Also the DS 230 must be fully filled out but signed only on Part 1 and the I-864 must also be signed in ink. Some people make the mistake of scanning these and e-mail them to their agent/lawyer to send to the nvc and get a RFE. Don't be stingy in trying to save a couple of bucks and do not fully depend on any agents/lawyers. All the info is available online. Research and follow instructions to the point, you should be ok.

I was thinking to start a new thread but let try here.

Questions about I-864:

My income has fluctuated between 2008 and 2010. I have 24000 earned income for 2010, 8000 for 2009, and 21000 for 2008. For 2010 tax return, i have claimed only one dependent. I don't have any for 2011.

I have two cars and some saving. Also my wife ahs some gold in dower deed. Can i submit these to waulify.

Also how many pay stubs do i need to send?

advise plz...
