Hi Everyone ! Went to Puerta Vallarta a month and a half ago with my hunny ...... and just found out I am Pregnant !!!! We are so excited and happy. Although now waiting for the NOA2 is that much more painful :( I have so much anxiety about receiving the approval. OH MY .. I need him here now more than ever... So sad that is takes so long for us to be with our loved ones !!

Congratulations. As for the NOA2, try to be patient. It's not easy, but there's just no choice. Since CSC promises a 5 month turnaround time, I'm hoping they will start up on K1s as vigorously as they were doing them in June/July, because there are an increasing number of people coming close to that 5 month limit.

November 19, 2010: AOS, EAD & AP applications mailed
December 20, 2010: Biometrics (day 31)
January 18, 2011: case transfered to CSC (day 60)
February 10, 2011: EAD & AP approved! (day 83)
February 24, 2011: GC production ordered! (day 96)

Removing conditions: 5 months and 30 days!
December 6, 2012: package mailed
December 10, 2012: NOA 1 (day 4)

June, 5, 2013: APPROVED!!!

June, 10 2013: 10 yr GC received

I'm confused.

Is Bucharest somewhere in Indiana??

07/27/2011...........NOA1 received.

12/05/2011...........RFE received.

12/13/2011...........RFE response sent.

12/16/2011...........RFE RESPONSE received by Vermont S.C.

12/22/2011...........Teased by a text-message from uscis, saying they have received my response to the RFE.

12/30/2011...........LA VISA APROVADOOOOOOOOO!!!!!!!!!!!

01/12/2012...........Case Sent To Bogota Colombia, from the National Visa Center.

02/09/2012...........Schedule Interview.

03/23/2012...........Interview (to take place then)!

04/07/2012...........Arrived in USA.

07/01/2012...........MARRIED!

What next?

.......How the days DO slip away!
