I am a Pakistani national, resident of Saudi Arabia from last 6 years on job visa. I only visited UAE and Behrain. Now, I want to apply for B1/B2 visa for my self.

My question is, do i need other visas like schengen, UK before applying for US visa. Or I can apply without them.

You can apply without them. However it is really hard to get B1/B2 visa, and you will need to show a really strong ties back home, that will prove to the CO that you are not intending to stay in the USA.

Just get a letter from anyone in Saudi Arabia stating that you MUST return....I've heard rumors that such a letter practically guarantees visa issuance!

Everyone applying for a visitor visa can get "anyone" to write a letter that a person must return. My brother in Vietnam can get his boss to write one. His boss will write whatever my brother wants him to write because they are friends. Why would this "letter practically guarantee visa issuance?" Seems like a good way to commit fraud.

This is a silly rumor.

I agree...I was being a bit sarcastic, based on a posting from somebody named 'Ning' who claimed that he wrote numerous such letters and everyone who had one got a visa....which is nonsense. This poster, Ning, did not seem to understand that all a letter proves is that someone sat down at a typewriter or word processor and wrote a letter....whatever is written is not going to be treated as if it emerged from the Ark of the Covenant.

You can straight away apply for a US visa all by yourself without any other requirements. All that you need to demonstrate strongly is that you are financially sound and will not become a public charge in the US . Also you must show that you have no intention of staying in the US on a permanent basis.

I'm absolutely lost in somewhere about how to convince CO that we would not stay in USA after get approved tourist visa. I applied tourist visa before. I brought my letter's employment from my work, my credit cards billing statement, my bank accounts, my insurance, everything that prove I would going back to fulfill my commitment at work.

But CO didn't even looked at papers that I brought. She asked me if I would going to marry my boyfriend and after I said yes and then she gave me paper and she wrote that I have to filling K-1 visa. I have no idea what kind the prove that CO really wants just simply by asking if I was intended to marry my boyfriend since I was going to visit him.
