If you have your interview just before you have been married 2 years, but enter the US after you have been married 2 years will you get the IR-1, or do you only get this if you have been married 2 years at the time of the interview?

The class designation on your STATUS is determined when the Permanent Resident status begins. For an Immigrant Visa, that's the day they enter the US with the visa.

Married +2 years on that day and you *should* be IR-1. If your visa is CR-1, be sure to draw it to the officer's attention so you're admitted correctly.
