I just receive a letter yesterday for the second interview and i was shocked coz the IO who interview us in our first interview was very kind she didnt say nothing against us. The interview was address for my hubby.. Its form G-56 and we dont have supporting evidence yet only rental agreement and joint account, i just got hired yesterday and my hubby is just last week so we cant move on yet...

Do u have any ideas guys or experience with 2nd interview the word videotape in the letter is kinda creepy... I dont need to be nervous but its better to be prepared coz dealing with immigration wuz ssooooooooooo uhm... Help!

The letter says like this;

ASK FOR: DISTRICT ADJUDICATIONS OFFICER

REASON FOR APPOINTMENT : RELATIVE VISA PETITION ON BEHALF OF JANE SMITH YOUR INTERVIEW MAY BE VIDEOTAPE

Agree with NigeriaorBust: read up on Stokes interviews. Be ready. Take some more evidence with you. Be calm. You've done nothing wrong.

We only have rental agreement and joint bqnk account and pictures thats the only one we had.. How can we possibly go through with this.. We cant even move on we just got hired for a job.. What proof of bonaide marriage can we bring we dont have a lot much.. ;(

Proof that the immigrant is on the spouse's medical insurance?

Proof that the immigrant is a beneficiary of spouse's life insurance or retirement policy?

Name of both on telephone/electric/cable bills?

Thank u we have no medical insurance yet or life insuranve or even bills yet coz we are sharing a room so all the bills are in the name of the lanlord the only thing we had is rental agreement....
