I just thought I would post to say today was pretty rough day. I am missing him alot even though we are inseparable via Skype. We speak for at least half an hour a day on weekdays and until about 8 pm my time on Fridays, all day Saturday til he wears out, til 6 pm Sundays, all day on holidays we share and from noon to 6 pm on my holidays. That is still alot of time, I know. I am doing better than some and I know I should be celebrating the fact that I have found my soulmate. Since he is from England and I make over the required amount, we should be approved. STILL THIS WAIT IS GETTING TO ME. I will wait for years if I have to. Just thought I would reach out with a virtual hug for everyone else who might be having a rough time lately. Although virtual hugs, as we all know, SUCK!!! :) Ok, back to pretending to be positive about this whole mess!!! Have a good evening everyone!

7/15/11 Sent K1 Petition to Lockbox

8/10/11 STILL NO NOA1!

8/12/11 Called USCIS to get receipt number-NOA1 will be resent

8/16/11 Received NOA1 with date of 7/20/11

1/3/12 NOA2!!!

1/12/12 Got email notice we are through the NVC.

the wait does suck, although i got to visit, we were waiting 5 months before we got the noa2, so yeah it is alot of waiting but it is worth the wait

hang in there it has been a roaller coaster at times but its all worth it in the end. I havent seen my fiance since december 2010. When i do see him it will be 11 months without touches or kisses or hugs (L)

you love him you will waiit a life time. all the best!

2013-08-12 (Day 1 ) - Sent my Aos package for work permit and green Card

2013-08-20 (DAY 8) Noa1 received via Text around 11pm, next day was email. Received my case numbers

2013-08-23 (Day 11)- received hard copy in mail for Noa1 gc , Work permit

2013-08-30 (Day 18) Received Biometrics appointment letter in the mail.

2013-09-17 (Day 25) biometrics appointment day @2pm Detriot

2013-09-25 (Day 33) received text and email , I485 changed to testing and interview

2013-10-02 (Day 40) received text message and email @7am about my interview date

2013-10-04 (Day 42) Received hard copy interview letter in the mail

2013-10-10 (Day 48) Work permit Card in production

2013-10-16 (Day 54) 2nd Text and email @830am Work permit in Production

2013-10-21 (Day 59) text/email notice 10am . Work Permit sent

2013-10-21(Day 59)Text/ email @9pm received text with tracking number -2 day delievery

2013-10-24(Day 62) received my work permit in the mail.

2013-10-25 Filled for my Social Security number today

2013-11-05 (Day 74) Interview November 5th (1.40pm)...... APPROVED!! kicking.gif

2013-11-05 (Day 74) Text and email @8.15pm Mailed notice that i am a registered permanent resident

2013-11-07 (Day 76) 2nd Text and email @11.30am - green card in production

2013-11-09 (Day 78) Welcome letter received - WELCOME TO THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA!

2013-11-12 (Day 81) - Received text and email - Green card sent @1.15pm

2013-11-12 (Day 81) @9pm received text and email - with UPS tracking number - For Green card

sending hugs your way as well and to everyone else out there too.. it is extremely hard and today has been rough for me as well... i guess trying to be strong for me and my son has taken a toll on me today but hopefully everyone will be reunited with their other half soon.. we have to be patient and postive :)

Currently.... they have issued Ice the incorrect GC and we have tried 4 times to fix it. First time they had us send it to the incorrect address. Second time they said we used an expired form, which was the form they gave us. Third time was "oh sorry we lost the last page, can you send it again?." Fourth time is the gov is shut down. Will this ever be corrected in time for Ice to get the permanent GC? Stay tuned to find out. T_T
