Hi Vjers, :help:

I hope things are positive for all.

I have a question regarding I-751. I am due to apply for Removal of Condition for my wife in the beginning of December.

Are there any restrictions on traveling overseas before the process starts, or at the application time, or during the process?

Does she have to stay in the States at all times?

Little help would be much appreciated.

Thank you very much in advance!

she can traval but she will need to take the biometrics, finger prints and photo taken, after you send your 1-751 amouth later you should get a noa-1 receipt letter one year extension, about another month later you you should be getting your asc appointment for biometrics, after that you wait for approval or denied it should take around 5 months,so if you want to traval plain your trip. so you don't miss the biometrics,

Thank jkelly,

I want to correct myself. I actually have to apply for her is]n early November.

But it doesn't necessarily take 5 months. It might be way earlier right?

I think we might just wait for everything to be done just to be on the safe side.

Thank you again.

Its very doubtful that it will be sooner than 4-5 months. There are many many people who are at 4-5 months right now and have not been approved. Some are even past that time frame.

She should not be traveling during the process unless she has completed the biometrics and has the NOA1 in her hand. She will travel with the NOA1 and her green card she currently has.

Your I-129f was approved in 5 days from your NOA1 date.

Your interview took 67 days from your I-129F NOA1 date.

AOS was approved in 2 months and 8 days without interview.

ROC was approved in 3 months and 2 days without interview.

I am a Citizen of the United States of America. 04/16/13
