Hey guys, I am assembling the AOS package for my mother and I was wondering If you know how to attach the photos 5 photos for her as an applicant and 1 for me as a petitioner. Can I just put them all together in the front or I should put each individually with the application that requests it. How about the medical exam sealed letter? Can I just clip it in the front? Sorry, I am asking too many questions but I did it with a lawyer years ago...

I will assemble the whole package with 2 wholes punched on top and acco fasteners.

I will assemble the whole package with 2 wholes punched on top and acco fasteners.

I put the pictures in a zipplog bag, label the bag with name and A#, and taped the bag to a regular size sheet of paper ( in a way that the bag could still be opened). I paper clipped the sealed envelope to a regular size sheet of paper and labeled the sheet of paper with the name and A#. It worked for me. :)

As Juan & Nan stated.

Don't punch holes or add any fasteners except for paperclips. Long story, but let the Uncle do all that on his own.

I put the pictures into corresponding ziplock bags and attached them to the forms. Didn't have a "A" number then, so just wrote her name in felt pen on each.

Sealed medical packet..I just put it in the pile and sent it.

No problems...no RFE's.. smooth as silk.

You're dealing with the US Govt here.. never think too mut.
