Thanks for the quick reply....I am filing for immigrant visa. Anyway, so at what point do i fill out paper work for his family?

Depending where the family is from 10-11 or 23+ yrs later. You'll fill out I-864, pay for immigrant visa, they'll fill out immigrant visa papers.

in more than 10 years. the approval of the i130 can take from months to years. then the i130 will be sent to the NVC or national visa center, where he will wait until his priority date becomes current. check the guides.

what country is he from? the wait for siblings is 10 or more years.

His from India. What I would like to know is that what do I need to fill out for his family and at what point in time?

I already told you, in 10 or more years. the children will depend on how old they are, if they turned 21 or more, they might have aged out, and not be able to come. the NVC will contact you to send the forms for each one of them. the payments and documents for each one.

You file an I-130 for your brother. Your brother's wife and unmarried children under age 21 are derivative beneficiaries on the petition for him. USCIS can take a few months to a few years to approve the I-130. After USCIS approves the I-130, the petition is sent to the NVC to await for an available visa number. A visa number will be available to your brother when his Priority Date becomes current. It takes about 10-12 years after filing the I-130 for a visa number to become available to your brother. When your brother's PD becomes current in 10-12 years, you will file an I-864 Affidavit of Support and your brother's family will file a DS-230 visa immigration application for each member.

Basically, after you file the I-130, there is nothing for you to file for another 10-12 years.
