I applied for AOS Aug.26 and received my NOA on Aug.30. I have not yet received my biometrics appointment letter. Is this normal or should I phone and see what is going on? My case hasn't been touched since Sept.1, hasn't been transfered yet either. Starting to get worried! :(

We filed Aug. 29th and already got our Biometrics done and a letter stating our case has been transferred to CSC. I would give them a call, maybe the biometrics letter got lost in the shuffle.

BTW, what does the website say?

Good luck and keep us posted.

if it's been longer than 30 days (which it looks like it has) you can call USCIS and they will put in a service request to find out why you've not gotten an appointment yet. We sent my husbands AOS paperwork in on Aug 15th got the NOA's on the 22nd and STILL no biometrics, we put in a service request on Sept. 16th and still nothing. sad.gif No touches on his case on the website either, so you are not alone. They did tell me that if we didn't hear anything in another 30 days we can call back.... this is getting crazy... so frustrating!!

I will call tomorrow and see what I can get done. This whole process is so frustrating when some applications get fastlined thru and others just seem to sit for no rhyme or reason. It is nice to know I am not the only one waiting. I hope you hear something soon. Maybe they consider us Canadians as a security threat!LOL!

So I called yesterday and they put in a service request because it has been over 30 days. She said if i don't get anything back in 30 days to call back. So it's back to impatiently waiting again!

So I finally recieved my biometrics notice. They sent it out two days after the service request. I am glad I got it but can't believe it took a service request to get it done. Government...ugh! :bonk:
