I filed for removal of conditions on my GC 2 weeks back. My husband now has told me that he would like to file for a divorce, which I was also anticipating as its not running smooth. I will try to push divorce thing but not sure.

How long approx 751 takes in California, expecting holidays etc ?. What is last step of 751 process ?

How long is average time for divorce processing in california ?. I think if you are done with the last step of 751 and then final step of divorce happens, you are granted unconditional GC. But can getting divorced around the same time effect any of future things like citizenship etc?

Could you talk to your husband and tell him to postpone the divorce after your ROC?
