It's been 5 months today since NOA1 and still waiting

Ok, so today makes 5 months of waiting to hear from CSC to get our NOA2.

I want to start calling them.

Any helpful tips on doing this?

I am very happy for those that go through in a month, like a recent sept filer and now they

have their noa2 already. But at the same time, it is so discouraging to be waiting 5 months

for a response and still nothing.

you can tell them at you are pass due of the 5 months national average and wish to rush the process.
