Hello everyone! I was just wondering if there is anyone out there that has their k-1 application at the CSC that has been approved recently!? It wont give me a timeline cause it says there havent been any approvals lately. Makes me very nervous!!!! Good luck to everyone!!

Timeline is useless.

If someone does not fill it in or doesn't even make a timeline its wrong. If someone fills it in with the wrong dates its wrong.

Your I-129f was approved in 5 days from your NOA1 date.

Your interview took 67 days from your I-129F NOA1 date.

AOS was approved in 2 months and 8 days without interview.

ROC was approved in 3 months and 2 days without interview.

Even if CSC people are much sloppier about updating their timelines than everyone else, it's clear the NOA2 approval rate has dropped significantly. My guess is that they were so far ahead in approvals that their priorities were shifted to other visa types; they'll come back to K-1s at some point, and hopefully still meet their 5 month stated timeframe.

This is heart breaking. I guess we are just in such a hurry to leave that I keep forgetting it takes awhile. My sis filed for her fiance in March and they were working on December filers at the time. Her fiance had his interview and was approved in August so theirs took 5 months. Gonna have to keep myself busy before I go crazy here hahaha. Hopefully everyones will get approved in 5 months. Thanks for all the info guys.

I know it is so hard to be patient and it really seems like the CSC is not doing ANYTHING at the moment. However, there is nothing we can change about it until we passed that 5 month mark. So I think all you can do is be patient and try to enjoy your hopefully last months in your home country. That is what I'm trying to do. Good luck!
