Any Cheap Civil Surgeon in St Louis

I am on my H1 visa now and looking for I-693 to be filled out by Civil Surgeon. I am here in US since last two years. I have visited my family doctor for routein check up but not any such physical examination done in the past. I have read other discussions here but most of them was from K1 visa where people have got it done in recent past and was having atleast some physical exams done in recent past. Please share your experience about civil surgeon if I need to go through all the physical exams or only getting vaccination transcription will work. Is it possible I can ask my doc to do some blood and TB test done using insurance and I can use that result to be transcribed on I-693 as well. Please help. Thanks!
