Hey folks,

I would like to petition for my parents. I just became a US citizen a week ago and I had gained PResidence through my spouse. The question is when I had my LPR status I gained it though my spouse. Do I still need to answer this question/14 & 14b/ as a Citizen now If it was through Naturalization? THANK YOU!

no, you replied on question 13 as a USC you can't be a us citizen and a resident at the same time, or you are petitioning as a citizen or as a resident, you should mark N/A.
