So yes my parents do claim me as a dependent, but I do file my own taxes as well. So with my husband included does this mean that my household is six, or is he not included yet?

Yes, your husband will be included in household size.

If the petitioner was included as a dependent on the parents' most recent tax return then they must be included in the parents' household count (along with the intending immigrant).

In this circumstance the OP does an I-864 regardless of income. One parent does an I-864 as well. The other parent would complete an I-864A to combine the two incomes together.

One more question (for now I'm sure). My household size will be the same as my parents? 6? Even though I do not have any dependents? :(
