For the interview it stated about having evidence regarding the "Affidavit of Support" documents, I know for the k1 it states you don't need the 1-1864 because you get that when your adjusting status, but do you need the i-134 even on a k1?

Please help im really confused :(

Yes on the I-134 and also, you might want to have documentation supporting what you declare in the 134: letter from wour company stating your salary, when you stated to work, whether you are permanent or contract work, etc; also, letter from bank if you list bank account balances: bank have form letters specific for immigration purposes, ask your branch manager; finally, won't hurt to have last 3 years of tax transcripts (free, just need to ask for them). From what I've seen here in other cases, London doesn't seem to be too picky in K-1 interviews, but, better have things ready than needing them and only them collecting them.

Since you mention 864, you might want to already look into what that requires (and the other AOS documentation, it really is never too early), because the 864 is the "real" support requirement to your spouse. The name of the game here is to be 2-3 steps ahead of what's coming your way so you are fully prepared and ready.

You can self support.

“If you know the enemy and know yourself, you need not fear the result of a hundred battles. If you know yourself but not the enemy, for every victory gained you will also suffer a defeat. If you know neither the enemy nor yourself, you will succumb in every battle.”
