Can I remove the conditional Residence without get NOA

I know this question is kind of confusing. But I am in such a situation. I am so shame to talk about this. I mailed out my application and check with INS. They mailed me NOA one moth ago, but I didn't receive it. I doubt my wife and her mother took it and hid from me. She is a USC and desn't want me to get green card. Believe or not, we already have a 14-month kid, she refuse to file joint tax with me, even when she took one years matenity leave. My doubt is not just from I didn't receive this letter, some other letters from my family just can't received(from MA). If somebody now through the process, please direct me.

NOA meaning your approval letter or NOA meaning the extension letter that you get 2-3 weeks after filing?

Actually it doesn't really matter. I doubt you need the letter to get your card. When you hear you have been approved you can make an infopass appt and bring your passport to get stamped. I'm sure they can look you up in the computer and see if you have been approved or not. If asked, you can just tell the truth -- that you learned you were approved from the website or whatever, but that you have not received the letter.

As for the plastic card you can sort that out after you sort out what's going on with your marriage.
