I am a Canadian citizen currently engaged to an american and going to school in the states with an F-1 Visa. We are planning on getting married in Canada but living in the states before my F-1 visa is invalid. However, I have NO idea what comes next. If someone could help me out on what I have to do next or should be doing now to help my situation out that would be fantastic. Thank you!

I wouldn't get married in Canada, I would get married in the US - just my opinion

Why would you not just marry in the states and file the adjust status instead of messing up the entire thing by marrying in Canada.

The rout you seem to want to take will make it very complicated. You will have to file for a CR-1 visa and wait in Canada because you cannot go to Canada marry and then re-enter the USA and then adjust status.

Your I-129f was approved in 5 days from your NOA1 date.

Your interview took 67 days from your I-129F NOA1 date.

If my F-1 visa is still valid I would still be able to enter the states...And while I'm still in school with my F-1 visa I will be able to file for a green card. am I wrong? or would that work?

Using a non-immigrant visa to enter the US - such as your F1 - with intentions of adjusting status is immigrationg fruad

I'd marry in the US soonish, then adjust status, then, when you are able, have a 'wedding' in Canada.

Plus, a canadian marriage certificate takes weeks and weeks, one when married in the US often is issued that day

What Canadian_wife described is exactly what we did with my husband. We married at city hall in NYC in February 2011, while I was on my F1 visa. We filed for AOS in March, so well before my F1 would have expired in May and in time for me to get my AP in time to be able to travel over the summer. Then we had a "real wedding" - i.e. the ceremony and a big wonderful party - in Finland in July.

I agree with the previous posters, you have to choose one or the other. Either marry here and file for AOS, or marry in Canada and file for CR-1 and wait out the process there. Can't save the cake and eat it too.

Just save yourself the headache and have a civil service in the US, file AOS, and have a ceremony in Canada once you can travel.
